Expertise and Excellence in Electrical Installations with over 30 years experience
Exceed Electrical was founded in 2020 by Chris and Darren, who have been working together since 1999. Over the years, they have completed numerous successful projects, initially for a large company they were employed by, and later for their own individual businesses. As their projects grew in scale, Chris and Darren decided to merge their expertise and resources to create a joint company, leveraging over 30 years of combined experience in the electrical industry. Since its inception, Exceed Electrical has rapidly established itself as a leader in large-scale commercial and industrial electrical installations. In the first year alone, the company completed new build housing and apartment developments in Bourne End, Ealing, Burnham, Beaconsfield, Enfield, Chalfont St Giles, and Surbiton.

Chris Talbot
Co-Founder & Director
Chris Talbot, co-founder and director of Exceed Electrical, has over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. He has managed numerous large-scale commercial and industrial projects, both for a major company and his own business. Chris's expertise in project management and electrical installations has been key to Exceed Electrical's success, driving the company's commitment to high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Darren Farrell
Co-Founder & Director
Darren, co-founder and director of Exceed Electrical, brings over two decades of industry experience. He has a strong background in managing large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects, developed through roles in a major firm and his own business. Darren's technical skills and leadership are central to Exceed Electrical's reputation for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
Robert Stout
Business Development Manager
Robert joined Exceed Electrical in February 2024, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge gained from over 30 years in the fire and security industry. He successfully ran his own business in this sector for 20 years, scaling it from the ground up to a multi-million-pound enterprise, which he sold successfully in 2020. Robert's extensive experience and expertise are invaluable assets to the Exceed Electrical team.
Tom Kidston
Electrical Contracts Manager
Tom is an experienced electrical contractor with a proven track record in the construction industry. He is skilled in communication, electrical work, electrical contracting, electrical maintenance, and electrical testing. Tom holds a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kingston College. He founded and successfully ran his own electrical business, Kidston Electrical, bringing strong operational expertise to the Exceed Electrical team.
